Admission
- Admission to Museum Galleries:
- $10 General; $7 Seniors 65+ and Full-Time Students; $5 Children 2-12
- Free to Children under 2 and Skirball Members
- All exhibitions are free to the public on Thursdays
- Admission to visit the Skirball Cultural Center campus, view Ruby Gallery exhibitions, and shop and dine is free.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Photography is prohibited in all exhibitions except Noah's Ark at the Skirball.
Tickets
- Tickets to most Skirball exhibitions and programs are available:
- On-Site—Purchase advance tickets to Noah’s Ark at the Skirball and many Skirball programs in person at the Skirball Admissions Desk: Tuesday–Friday, 12:00–5:00 p.m., and Saturday–Sunday, 10:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. No service charges apply. For evening programs, tickets are available at Will Call one hour before the program’s start time.
- By Phone—To charge by phone, call the Skirball at (310) 440-4500 and press 2, or call (877) SCC-4TIX or (877) 722-4849, to speak with a ticketing representative Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. A service charge of $3.50 per ticket will apply; however no service charges apply for free Member tickets.
- Via the Internet—To order tickets online, click on the orange "TICKETS" button or here. A service charge of $1.50 per ticket will apply; however no service charges apply for free Member tickets. If you are not yet a Member but are about to join online, make sure to place the membership in your shopping cart before selecting your tickets. This will prevent service charges from being added to your transaction.
- Tickets are nonrefundable.
- Noah's Ark at the Skirball — To ensure a safe and pleasant visitor experience, all Noah's Ark ticketholders are assigned an entry time, permitting up to two hours in the Noah's galleries. Same-day, walk-up tickets to Noah's Ark are subject to availability. Advance tickets to Noah's Ark are recommended during summer months, including for Members. Advance, timed-entry tickets to Noah's Ark at the Skirball are available for purchase by the methods described above.
- Other exhibitions — Tickets to other exhibitions are available on site on the day of visit.
- Programs — Advance tickets to many Skirball programs are available for purchase by one of the methods above.
- L. A. Theatre Works — Tickets for L. A. Theatre Works performances are not available through the Skirball. For tickets to these shows, please contact L. A. Theatre Works directly at: (310) 827-0889 or http://www.latw.org/.
- Learning for Life — Registration for some Learning for Life courses is not available at the Skirball Admissions Desk. To learn how to register for a Learning for Life class, click here.
- Please note that the Skirball Cultural Center, including the Museum galleries, Audrey’s Museum Store, and Zeidler’s Café, is closed to the public on Mondays.
Member Ticketing
- Members receive free admission to all exhibitions; however, timed entry is required for Noah's Ark at the Skirball. Advance tickets to Noah's Ark are recommended for weekends, all Thursdays, and during school breaks. Walk-up visitors to Noah's Ark are welcome on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Tickets to Noah's Ark are available online or by phone at (310) 440-4500, or (877) SCC-4TIX or (877) 722-4849. To speak with a ticketing representative, call Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
- If purchasing/reserving online, select the exhibition or program you wish to attend. Click on the "TICKETS" button or appropriate link to proceed. To receive Member pricing and avoid service charges, you must first log in to your account; look for the "My Account" button located in the upper righthand corner of the ticketing screen. Be sure to log into your account prior to selecting a specific ticketed program or visit date. Make sure to select Member tickets and not non-Member tickets in order to avoid service fees when reserving your tickets for Noah’s Ark at the Skirball. If you joined online or have received your official Membership card, an account has already been set up for you; use your Member ID as your log-in ID and your last name as your password. Please note: Our system is case-sensitive. Log in typing your last name as it appears on your current membership card, using upper- and lowercase letters as appropriate.
- If you have not yet received your membership card or experience difficulties logging in, please do not create a new account. Instead please call the Membership Office at (310) 440-4599. Please allow 4-6 weeks to receive your new membership cards.
- Service Charges: No service charges apply for free Member tickets. Service charges will apply for all other tickets. Service charges for phone orders are $3.50 per ticket. Please note: When purchasing additional tickets not covered under your membership level, service fees will apply.
- You must present your Membership card at Will Call when picking up tickets. Number of discounted tickets per Member per program depends on level of Membership.
- Please note that the Skirball Cultural Center, including the Museum galleries, Audrey’s Museum Store, and Zeidler’s Café, is closed to the public on Mondays.
Groups/Tours
- Permanent Collection: Docent-led tours of the Skirball Cultural Center's core exhibition Visions and Values start at the entrance to the Museum. Tours are free with Museum admission and last approximately one hour. Public tours are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. For additional information about tours of the Museum's core exhibition, please call (310) 440-4500.
- Group Tours: To schedule a group tour of ten or more people (at least three weeks in advance of the visitation date), email Private Events or call (310) 440-4564.
