James Beard Award–winning chef, restaurateur, and cookbook author Nancy Silverton (Osteria Mozza, Pizzeria Mozza, Chi Spacca, Mozza2Go, La Brea Bakery) returns to the Skirball to discuss her new book, Mozza at Home, with chef and restaurateur Evan Kleiman (KCRW’s Good Food).

In this cookbook, Silverton shares the recipes that inspired her to cook at home again after a long hiatus. With her renewed passion for cooking, Silverton has created an array of easy-to-follow recipes using fresh, seasonal ingredients, to make entertaining simple and stress-free.
