ABOUT THE PROGRAM
Join award-winning musician José-Luis Orozco as he shares a collection of songs from around the world that celebrate water for the Skirball’s annual Water Day event.
José-Luis Orozco has built a successful career as a children's author, songwriter, performer, and recording artist. He has recorded thirteen volumes of Latin American children's music and written three successful books that are accompanied by CDs of bilingual songs, rhymes, tongue-twisters, lullabies, and games from throughout the Latin world.
Orozco has also presented at educational conferences and seminars for teachers, parents, librarians, and childcare providers who seek to use music as an important learning tool in multicultural classrooms.
