ABOUT THE PROGRAM
Prepare for Passover at a sumptuous Italian-inspired Passover meal hosted by Evan Kleiman, host of KCRW’s “Good Food” and former owner of the much-missed Angeli Caffe, and Sean Sheridan, Executive Chef of the Skirball.
This special Passover dinner, served family-style, will reflect the bounty of the spring garden. Wine will be available for purchase, and select recipes will be provided. This meal is not certified kosher.
Haroset: dates, dried Turkish apricots, oranges, raisins, nuts, spices, romaine lettuce
Pesce en carpione: Sautéed white fish marinated with caramelized onions, in a mustard-champagne vinaigrette
Pollo arrosto: Chicken cooked in garlic, rosemary, and lemon
Tortino di azzime: A “mazzagna” of vegetables and fresh tomato-basil sauce
Citrus and olive oil Passover cake with a citrus-honey syrup
