Tune in as Strom explores the genre’s popular resurgence in the United States and across the globe and celebrates how its high-energy sound and evocative Yiddish lyrics have found audiences everywhere.

At the forefront of the klezmer revival since 1981, Strom is a member of the band Common Chords, famous for its creative blend of klezmer, rock, jazz, bhangra, Indian Sufi, and qawwali vocals. Hear Strom play with Common Chords at the Skirball on Thursday, May 16.
