About the Program
Find your center and quiet your mind with Jewish meditation. Drawing from the long history of contemplative practice within Judaism, this series infuses meditation techniques with Jewish language, intentions, texts, and understanding for an inclusive and illuminating experience.
Instructor: Alison Laichter is a consultant, facilitator, meditation teacher, urban planner, and the founding director of the Jewish Meditation Center in New York City. Alison is an international leader of Jewish spiritual practice and offers meeting and retreat facilitation.
