This engaging exhibit urges us to become more aware of injustices around the world. Yet equally as important is the clarion call to be part of the solution in taking action by helping to turn oppression into opportunity for women worldwide. Thank you, Skirball Center! And thank you, Nicholas Kristof and Sheryl WuDunn for opening our eyes and hearts to these critical issues more clearly. The exhibit is a must see!

I recently read the book and was inspired and moved both by each one of the stories and by Nick and Sheryl's work and passion. The book made me feel extremely close to every one of these beautiful women but the exhibit presented these women of flesh and blood which by reading the book were only in my imagination. I am definitely planning and coming to see it again and bringing my mother and sisters.
