TRAFFIC ALERT: The southbound Skirball Center Drive/Mulholland Drive on-ramp to the 405 freeway will be closed and traffic along the freeway will be reduced to three lanes in each direction through the Sepulveda Pass from Friday, January 9, at 10:00 pm through Monday, January 12, at 5:00 am as Caltrans works to improve safety and mobility along I-405.
