Directions and Parking

  • Driving Directions

    The Skirball Cultural Center is located in the Sepulveda Pass just off the 405 Freeway, 2.5 miles south of the 101 Freeway. Traveling north or south on the 405, take the Skirball Center Dr exit. For customized driving directions, consult the Google Map and enter your starting address.

    You may enter at Skirball Center Dr or Herscher Way:

    • Skirball Center Dr*—Enter from the south side of our campus, either from Sepulveda Blvd or straight from the 405 North exit. Follow the long driveway and park in the North Parking garage, approximately 150 yards north of our Main Entrance.
    • Herscher Way—From Sepulveda Blvd, please turn into the Skirball on the north side of our campus, at Herscher Way, approximately 150 yards north of our Main Entrance. Follow the curve to the left and park in the North Parking garage.

    *Visitors with ADA parking placards may enter the Skirball campus at Skirball Center Dr as well. Proceed up the driveway approximately 100 yards and follow signs to turn into the South Parking garage.

    For rideshare and taxi drop-off—From Sepulveda Blvd, the driver should turn into the Skirball campus on the north side, at Herscher Way, proceed down the driveway approximately 150 yards, and drop you off by the front steps at our Main Entrance. For the safety of you and others, please make sure your driver does not drop you off on Sepulveda Blvd.

  • Parking Information

    During normal business hours, visitor parking is FREE at the Skirball. Fees apply for Sunset Concerts. 
    Parking is available in the Skirball’s North Parking garage, located underground at the north end of the Skirball's main driveway, approximately 150 yards north of our Main Entrance. Parking is also available in the East Parking garage, located across Sepulveda Blvd.

    Visitors with ADA parking placards may use the South Parking garage, just south of the Main Entrance. There are also a limited number of accessible parking spaces in the North Parking garage, which is closer to some of our event spaces, and in East Parking.

    Electric vehicle charging stations are located on L1 in the North Parking garage and P3 in East Parking garage. There is a four-hour time limit for use of these stations, which are reserved for vehicles in the process of charging only. Charging fees apply. For the safety of you and other visitors, please wrap the cord around the base. 

    The height clearance for all parking garages is 8' 2" at each entrance. In the North Parking garage, lower parking levels (L1 and L2) can be as low as 7".

    The Skirball garages are for Skirball visitors only.
    Street parking on surrounding streets, including Mulholland Drive, is strictly prohibited.

  • Public Transportation

    Take public transportation to the Skirball via Metro Rapid 233/761. Visit the Metro LA website for bus schedules.

    Northbound—Metro Rapid 233/761 (toward Sylmar/San Fernando Valley): Passengers are picked up and dropped off at the Metro stop on the southeast corner of Bergreen Pl and Sepulveda Blvd, directly across the Skirball's Main Entrance. Upon arriving, cross Sepulveda Blvd at the Bergreen Pl crosswalk and enter the Skirball through the Main Entrance ahead of you.

    Southbound—Metro Rapid 233/761 (toward UCLA/Westwood): Passengers are picked up and dropped off at the Metro stop on the northwest corner of Herscher Way and Sepulveda Blvd, approximately 150 yards north of the Skirball's Main Entrance. Upon arriving, head south along Sepulveda Blvd and enter the Skirball through the Main Entrance.
