About the Program

We are living in a time of tremendous challenges that impact the way we move through our daily lives. So many of us feel deep frustration, anxiety, and distress over events beyond our control. Join us for this special session as we explore practical tools of mindfulness to help navigate these turbulent times with a deeper sense of awareness and compassion for ourselves and others in the present moment.
