About the Program
Add new flavors to your Seder with an organic fusion of Mexican and Jewish dishes from acclaimed author and chef Pati Jinich! Sample unique recipes that Jinich first learned from her Polish bubbe while growing up in Mexico City, and hear about her experiences as a woman from two extraordinary cultures as she speaks with KCRW’s Good Food host Evan Kleiman.
To accompany the tasting, Skirball mixologist and Guanajuato native Cesar Zamaro will prepare a special holiday-themed tequila cocktail to enjoy on the Skirball’s lush grounds. Come raise a glass to honor Pesach in community. ¡L’chaim y salud!
