Blake “LUXXURY” Robin isn’t just “the guy who whispers "interpolation” to one million followers on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube; the LA-based producer, songwriter, and musicologist is also one half of One Song, a weekly video and podcast (named a top 25 show by The Atlantic) alongside co-host Diallo Riddle.

You can also hear Robin on the radio, DJing on KCRW every Friday night from 10:00 pm–midnight (after Henry Rollins). His music is in dozens of film, TV, and games; and he’s “the guy who almost got sued by Don Henley" for his white label remixes.

As an expert on the topic of musical borrowing, he is a frequent guest on NPR, Rolling Stone, Arte TV, podcasts, and on his own viral videos which have been viewed over 200 million times. Robin is currently working a book on the topic for Oxford University Press, to be titled How to ‘Steal’ Music (OUP, 2026). 

Diallo Riddle is an accomplished, multi-faceted talent within the entertainment industry; NAACP Image Award–winning director; and EMMY- and WGA-nominated writer, actor, showrunner, and producer. Today, Riddle continues to cultivate his passion for music as the co-creator and co-host of the very popular One Song podcast. Alongside his co-host LUXXURY, Diallo goes on a deep dive of literally one song per episode, exploring its creative origins, the artists involved, the culture out of which it was born, and the legacy it leaves behind. The One Song podcast allows Riddle to merge his two creative loves, comedy and music, while sharing his expansive knowledge of and passion for the art form. It’s also a platform that invites listeners into his personal journey as a musician and DJ, and offers an insider’s look into the creative process.

Riddle currently lives in the LA area with his wife Brittany, their children, and a 100-lb sheepadoodle.
