About the Series
Schedule your professional development workshop at the Skirball! Our hands-on programs for educators focus on integrating the arts, social emotional health, and identity-building into classroom curricula in order to spark creativity, answer questions about Jewish history and antisemitism, and nourish a love of learning in students and teachers alike.
This three-hour program will:
Offer an exclusive hands-on workshop inside the Visions and Values exhibition and current changing exhibitions
Give an introduction to standards-aligned teacher resources and lessons inspired by the Visions and Values curriculum
Strength cultural proficiency, build restorative practices in and out of the classroom, address concerns around hate and bias, and enhance leadership development
"Workshops at the Skirball always offer such a hands-on learning experience and wonderful opportunity to network and connect with educators and artists."
